Your responsibilities

The role focuses on optimizing profitability and pricing processes by analyzing, developing and implementing pricing strategies. The Pricing Specialist coordinates the cooperation of various departments - such as Business Units, Controlling and Sales - to ensure that the pricing solutions are in line with the commercial objectives and to ensure sustainable sales growth.

  • Realization of market analysis and competition analysis for pricing.
  • Establishing and maintaining a pricing database in cooperation with the business units and sales.
  • Consulting and analytical support in the definition, further development and implementation of the pricing strategy.
  • Supporting the business units and sales with a pricing process.
  • Providing support with the integration of pricing logic into our ERP system landscape.

Our requirements

  • Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualification.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar, cross-functional role in an international company.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • High level of intercultural communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, experience with SAP ERP and databases (Power BI) is desirable.
  • Language skills fluent in English and German.
